The design on these cups almost makes me not want to touch them. But the potter side of me wants to know how they would feel in my hand. The other part of me believes that the little faces are haunting the cup and i should respect them by not putting my hands on them. Its an interesting combination.

WHAT?!?!?!

Here's another one of those designs that makes my brain go into a scramble. You know how you always huddle around your coffee mug for warmth? Ever think about how great it would be to actually be inside the warmth? Check this one out! Damn them for coming up with it before I did! But i still question if it might get a bit to hot in those inverted handles.....

Fun Functional!

Have you ever walked into a kitchen design store, picked up on of the items and said "That's so simple... I could have done that!". But you didn't. I'm always rather amazed by the simplicity of certain designs and how they make us think we need them. I absolutely love the idea of making chain of cups held together by a magnet... even if I probably will never use them in that way. I supposed I could attach a bar to my wall for them to hang from, but chances are i wont. Yet I would still buy them. Why? Because the design is such an attention grabber! It's fun! It's something you would show to your friends. Same goes for the snappy cups. Why the hell would i want to snap all my cups together? Really whats the point of that? Well, because i can and it looks cool. I will prolly never stop in the middle of a Rush out of the house to decide which handle to snap to my cup, but the fact that I can change the deign of my cup if i wanted makes it all the more desirable. The truth is, I find these sorts of creations super fun and unique. They make think about the function of a cup and how you can push past the boundaries of the mundane and have something different in your cupboard! Its not about collecting knick knacks! You cant use a knick knack! Its about collecting something that you can still use. Throw out your old coffee mugs friends!!!!
